This is a senior professional position with direct service and some administrative responsibilities. The Psychiatrist functions as an advanced clinical practitioner in the delivery of psychiatric care to patients and consumers. Residential Behavioral Assistant (Lead) - Full-Time 11 pm to 7 am various days incl weekends -Cecil Co

The primary focus of the Residential Behavioral Assistant (Lead) is to oversee and assist residential staff as they provide for the safety and welfare of clients in their assigned residences. The candidate for this position MUST have the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as assigned. The responsibilities will include but not be limited to; making sure that the residential staff complete daily tasks as assigned, ensuring that the electronic record gets updated accurately and in a timely fashion, developing/facilitating groups for residential clients, and other duties as assigned by the Program Manager. The candidate must be able to demonstrate proficiency in word applications, e-mail, and data entry. The RBA Lead will monitor the schedule to ensure that there is sufficient coverage at all times for that shift, even during inclement weather.
