Upper Bay Counseling and Support Services Inc. is a leading not-for-profit, provider of mental health services in Cecil County. We have offices in Cecil and Harford Counties in Maryland and offices for Adoption Services in Delaware. We serve primarily Medicaid and Medicare populations, and have a growing insurance clientele.

Available Positions

Residential Program Manager

Program Manager position needed to provide direct supervision to residential case managers, administrative staff, and support staff, also provides direct client services as needed. License eligible mental health professional with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in management of human services program. Prefer exp. with co-occurring disorders.

Psychiatric Rehab Counselors

Provide therapeutic support to children and adults. Maintain documentation and authorization. Support to mgrs. F/T Bach. preferred in Human Service field, computer skills a must. Located Harford Co. MD

Residential Counselor

FT Provide support and assistance to CMI adults to enable them to reside in the community. M - F, 3pm-11am

After School Counselors

PT Now till 06/30/08 Lead group activities in a middle school after school program. M-Th, 2-5pm,HS diploma req., and experience working w/children
