At Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services, we believe that diversity strengthens our organization and enriches the communities we serve. We are committed to fostering an environment where all people—regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ability, or background—are valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.
We condemn racism and stand in solidarity with all marginalized groups facing systemic inequity and discrimination. We recognize that supporting our employees and clients means actively working to dismantle barriers, challenge bias, and create opportunities for everyone.
This commitment extends beyond words. We are dedicated to continuous learning, transparent accountability, and meaningful action—in our hiring practices, workplace culture, community partnerships, and the services we provide.
