Who We Are
Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services, Inc., is a mission-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are one of the largest providers of behavioral and mental health services in Cecil and Harford counties in Maryland.
Our staff includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, licensed professional counselors, nurses, rehabilitation counselors, residential counselors, and case managers.
What We Do
We provide our clients a full spectrum of confidential services for adults, children, and adolescents. We help individuals, strengthen families, and advocate for those we serve in our community.
Our Impact
We build a relationship with each client that we serve. Our clients represent a wide array of individuals, more than 2,500 annually, who have behavioral or mental health concerns.
